At HIJAB CURL, we want you to feel confident and beautiful in your purchase; if you are not completely satisfied, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Ensure your items are unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all HIJAB CURL tags still attached.

  Initiate Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack and Ship

  Securely package your items and attach the prepaid shipping label provided via email, then drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects your return, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
